What kind of deposit do you require?

• A 50% deposit is required on all orders over $100.00.

If I have special color matching requirements, such as matching my sign colors with my corporate colors, can you do it?

• Yes, we are happy to match exact Pantone colors on your sign.

If i'm getting lettering done on my vehicle/trailer, how long will it take?

• We will cut out the graphics and give you a call, and when you get here we can install them as quick as we can, depending on the size of your vehicle/trailer.

What are the turnaround times for production?

• At Carter Sign Company, we pride ourselves on customer satisfaction. We make sure to try and meet your deadlines while still producing the highest quality signage around. Depending on the type and complexity of the job, turnaround times can vary. Once we receive your order we must complete the research, design, and estimation process. Once all approvals are satisfied, we will finish your project on time and on budget.
